<div style="text-align: left;">I start with doing an interview with the business owner called an Opportunity Analysis, because i need to find what you offer that i can turn into a marketing campaign.</div>

<div style="text-align: left;">I come up with a USP (unique selling proposition) for the business to use in everything they do. This is sometimes called an &#8220;elevator pitch&#8221;.</div>
</li>

<div style="text-align: left;">Then i implement that USP into everything marketing wise from the staff on the phone to the web site, to the business cards and everything in between. This one thing has brought me more business than almost all the others because it ties it all together.</div>

<div style="text-align: left;">I write press releases for the news papers, tv and radio to get noticed for free.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div style="text-align: left;">I write copy for all of the above that will catch the attention of prospects, I&#8217;m not trying to win any awards for graphics or slogans, they sound good but you really must spend money like coke or pepsi to be successful to do that type of slogan marketing. Its like throwing a granade out and only hitting a few people, i like to concentrate on people that are actually interested in what im offering.</div>

<div style="text-align: left;"> I then teach you all the tricks that i do for direct marketing and for your website that you will continue to use for years to come that will actually be done after you get the prospect on your list to send mail outs or e-mails to that sooner or later will bring them in without bugging them to death and end up hating you like so many businesses do that send too many offers too often and without any useable content that is valuable to them.</div>

<p>When i say quality leads I mean that people see this on my site and decide that want to join if they come in instead of coming in to look around and then seeing that its not for them, simply because they can come in and look around from the comfort of their computer or mobile phone if they have the Internet on their phone.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">BUT, don&#8217;t use a digital camera, use must use a camera that will allow you to walk around and see what they will see when you take them on a tour of your gym. The worst thing you can do is to stand in the middle of your gym and go around in a circle. It makes people dizzy. I know the gyms in my area that have the virtual tour on their sites always do the dizzy type tour and you cant tell what they have in there gyms. They say my video looks cheap, and it might, but every new prospect comments on how they love it and how it made them decide to come in and join.</p>

<p>So i had an idea one day to turn the gym into a 24 hour member only access system. this will no doubt alleviate many cost &amp; issues that having only certain hours causes.</p>
<p>We now have it up and going but until i started marketing i only signed up 3 people because of the 24 hour thing. The marketing turned my gym around from 60 members to over 200 in less than 3 months and still going strong signing people up, and i have retained over 95% of those members which i consider amazing consider the retention rate of most gyms. I did all this through a unique way of marketing that i am in the process of putting into a course and i am also consulting other gym in marketing. I have absolute 100% confidence i can market any gym with what they have and for less half of what most marketers want to spend.</p>
